Take the I-190N to exit 15 onto Sheridan Dr toward NY-324, Kenmore Ave. Turn right onto Sheridan Dr. and then right onto Military Rd. The driveway will be on the right a 1/4 mile up on the right across from Mooney’s. Take the I-290 towards Niagara Falls, and take exit 1A onto NY-384 South, Delaware Ave. Turn right onto Knoche Rd then left onto Military Rd. Destination will be on your right

What We Offer

Step 1:

Physical Therapy
We’ll take you through a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and identify the cause of your problem. Then we’ll explain what must be done to get you back to full speed and back to the activities you enjoy.

Step 2:

Performance Training
We’ll develop a treatment plan that will be tailored specifically to you and your goals. This will ultimately allow us to get you stronger, pain-free, and on track to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently.

Step 3:

Virtual Visits
Once we get you back to exercising pain free, we’ll implement strategies to get you performing at an even higher level than you were prior to your injury. We’ll also implement strategies to “bulletproof” your body.

Get To Know Dr. Christopher Kendall PT

Chris graduated from Daemen College in 2017 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He started off as a Travel Physical Therapist after graduating from PT school, which enabled him the ability to experience a wide array of settings and patient populations all over the country. Travel PT allowed him to broaden his skill set, learning new manual/hands-on skills and rehabilitation techniques to better help his clients while still focusing on combining fitness and overall wellness into his rehab programs. He is now permanently back home in Buffalo, NY and would love to focus on helping the Western New York community stay healthy and fit.
